ĐIỀU LỆ/OUR RULES

• Những bài vở, tin tức đều nhắm đến chia sẻ với người An Bằng khắp nơi, trong phạm vi tin tức.  All articles are aimed to share with the Anbangers all over the world.
• Những dữ kiện có được từ tham khảo, trắc nghiệm, hay ghi danh, trong đó có tên, tuổi, địa chỉ, điện thoại, email sẽ được bảo mật theo luật pháp Hoa Kỳ.  Gặp trường hợp người cung cấp thông tin này muốn thu hồi, xin liên lạc về ban biên tập.  All data collected via  surveys, webforms, or event registration, which include name, age, address, phone number, or email are kept private in accordance with applicable US law and regulations.  In the case an individual wants to hide or withdraw the information he or she has provided, the person will need to contact our editor team.
• Chúng tôi sẽ không lưu lại địa chỉ IP hay cookies của những người thăm viếng website của chúng tôi.  We do not retain IP addresses or cookies of our website visitors.
• Anbangnews sẽ không đăng bài của bạn nếu không phù hợp với chủ trương. (We reserve the rights not to publish your articles if they do not meet our policies.)
• Bài viết gửi cho Anbangnews nên ghi rõ tác giả, điện thư hoặc điện thoại liên lạc. (When submitting your articles, please provide the author and contact information.)
• Nếu bài đã đăng ở một website khác, vui lòng trích dẫn nguồn gốc. Cũng vậy, nếu lấy bài viết từ trang nhà An Bằng, vui lòng trích dẫn chúng tôi. (If the article has been published elsewhere, please cite the sources. Likewise, please give us credits if our articles are re-distributed to other sites.)
• Bài đã chọn đăng ở Anbangnews, vui lòng đừng gửi cho website khác, ngoại trừ tác giả giữ bản quyền. (If your article has been selected or published on Anbangnews, please do not publish elsewhere, except the author of the article.)
• Nếu một tác giả có bài đã gởi đăng trên anbangnews và đã đăng nhưng vì lý do gì đó thay đổi ý định muốn gỡ xuống, xin vui lòng liên lạc với ban biên tập tại anbangeditor@gmail.com với lý do. Chúng tôi sẽ tôn trọng quyết định của tác giả.
  If an author has submitted an article on anbangnews and the article has been published, but later changes his/her mind and wants to take it down, please contact the editor at anbangeditor@gmail.com with the reason. We will respect the author’s decision.
• Những comments trên website này cần được tế nhị, tránh gây những bất đồng trên sân chơi lành mạnh này.  (The comments on this website should be delicate, avoid causing unnecessary disagreements on this healthy playground.)

NỘI QUY/OUR GUIDELINES

NHÂN VIÊN NỘI BỘ CỦA ANBANGNEWS NÊN THEO CÁC NỘI QUY SAU ĐÂY, TRƯỚC KHI CHO ĐĂNG BÀI Ở TRANG ĐẦU. THE ANBANGNEWS STAFFS SHOULD FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES, PRIOR TO PUBLISHING ARTICLES TO THE FRONT PAGE:

• Kiểm chứng nội dung phù hợp với chủ trương. (Verify the contents of articles, accordingly to our policies.)
• Liên lạc với tác giả và cho biết bài có chọn đăng hay không. (Contact the authors to inform them whether their articles will be published.)
• Kiểm chứng bài viết đã được đăng ở mạng khác hay chưa (bằng cách copy một câu văn gồm 10-15 chữ và paste ở Google Search). (Verify the source whether it has been published elsewhere by copying a sentence of 10 to 15 words and then paste into Google Search.)
• Trước khi đăng, duyệt lại chính tả hoặc dịch sang một ngôn ngữ khác, nếu cần thiết. (Prior to publishing, ensure grammars and spellings are correct, translate the article where necessary.)
• Có quyền không đăng bài viết, hoặc chuyển bài viết qua nhóm chủ nhiệm. (Have the authority to refuse publishing articles. When necessary, forward them to the Administrators for further evaluation.)
• Tôn trọng tác giả qua mọi giao tiếp. Respect the authors through all communications.
